12 hours no eating, piece of cake!

As mentioned in yesterdays post, I decided to try out intermittent fasting for 28 days. Well results of day 1 are piece of cake! (not literally of course) but I put the fork down at 6:45PM and did not reach for my oatmeal until a little after 7am. Although I am feeling very confident in the intermittent fasting i do realize that it was only 1 day.However I believe you should pat yourself on the back for any mild accomplishment, so consider this my pat on the back, physically I can not pat myself on the back because my arms as well as the rest of my body are still sore from an intense gym session Sunday afternoon.

Prepping myself for work today I ate a bowl of oatmeal this morning, big glass of water to my organs moving and some green tea. Packed an orange, and apple for snacks and my left over baked chicken breast and brown rice for lunch. I will need to load up on the green veggies at dinner, unless I order some steamed veggies from the cafeteria. But I am feeling good so far, no sugar cravings or stomach rumblings.
