First Zumba class today! Loved it and can't believe I waited so long to try. At first when I left I thought it wasn't much of a workout although certain moves were difficult and you could "feel the burn" while performing them.
Then once I got home and sat down then proceeded to get back up I felt the results of a good workout. I will be adding Zumba on my calendar and if you haven't already I suggest trying it.
Since Zumba replaced my usual yoga class I did a little yoga this evening before getting ready for reading time courtesy of the 'yoga free' app. I nice app for anyone looking for yoga on the go. I'm still searching for the best app however. Speaking of apps I must mention this abs workout app I downloaded when I was in Colorado a few weeks ago. This app is awesome for working out your abs, It is the abs workout by passion4profession.net
Tomorrow morning will be a weigh in day to see how my intermittent fasting and workouts and better eating efforts have paid off. So far this week I have stayed away from sweets including the illegal cookies that one of our Chef's at the hotel sneaks in, no Mt.Dews, and no Starbucks scones. I've substituted with an apple each day, orange slices, oatmeal or a boost drink for breakfast and lots of green tea with a little honey and lemon. Lunch and dinner have all included lentils, and loads of veggies.
